We greatly enjoyed this place. Lovely and tasty breakfast with many options, served in the dining area. The room we had was spotless and new-fashioned with the Air-Con, a great bathroom, as example. Location: the hotel was close enough to the main market square, a tram routes and both oldtown and the jewish quarter. Grill bar Gogo Burger was located 5 minutes walk away. The daily service was good.

I was shockingly underwhelmed by this hotel. The tram noise was incessant even during the night! I almost slept through my stay. Plus, I expected a complimentary gesture for the inconveniences-what's a guest gotta do? It's astounding how they transferred my distress to their staff but forgot to give me that upgrade!

The location is very good, 5-10 mins walk to Old Town. Several tramlines pass the hotel. Reception desk staff spoke English well and were very helpful. If they did not know the answer to a question immediately, they dug up the answer one way or another. Versatile breakfast.
During hot and humid summer months lack of airconditioning might be a problem (there is a fan in the room). In May this was not a problem.

Our stay at Globus was outstanding. From the moment I booked reservations the hotel staff was attentive to every need. Setting up airport transfer, scheduling trips, making reservations, to holding bags after checkout, the staff went above and beyond. They made these services available before we had to ask and never did we feel they were annoyed. The staff, which were not the owners, nor the managers, were perfect.

great location but noisy at night
The location is fantastic, just a short walk from cultural sites and dining options! I really appreciated the modern look of the room and the strong shower pressure made every morning refreshing. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.
The noise from the tram line nearby disrupted our sleep several times.

The rooms were quite luxurious for the price paid. Our room was warm, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. There were tea and coffee facilities and the desk staff were very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would definately stay again. Breakfast was also very good.
No complaints. The hotel was really great.

Room immaculate. Great and endless water pressure on top floor. Some of the staff were exceptionally helpful, all spoke fluent English. Excellent location.
My room facing the street was very noisy from traffic and public transport. Some people might have a significant problem with the loudness, it didn't bother me much. Price is a little high but local scuttlebutt is that hotel rooms are generally high in comparison to "price index."

Excellent hotel, friendly staff and excellent breakfast. The perfetct location for visiting both Kazimierz and the Old Town.
The parking can be less expensive.

The location made it easy to explore and shop. We enjoyed visiting sites like the Stanislaw Lem Garden and even squeezed in some spa time. The super nice team and the rooms were well-equipped with tea and coffee.
We did find out that there wasn't a bar as mentioned on the website, and that was a bit disappointing for us after a long day out. Thankfully, there was a pub nearby.

The staff were friendly and efficient, our rooms were cleaned every day and the facilities were just what we needed. The reception desk contained many leaflets with ideas and prices for things to do. The staff also recommended certain places such as restaurants and places to sight-see. The breakfast was very good with lots of selection, and ran from 7-10AM.
The noise from the city can be completely shut out if you shut the windows but this did mean the rooms got quite warm at night, and this was in the middle of November.

The hotel was very central and there was very easy access to the main market square. Glowny station was within walking distance of the hotel. The staff were very helpful and all spoke English.
The hotel is on a busy corner where trams go by and they start at around 4am so it can be noisy. They use their own car company if you want a taxi and can be more expensive than picking one up on the street.
